Residential
We are involved in the planning of various projects, ranging from detached houses (10–250 units) to apartment buildings (20–320 units), covering all phases from area planning to the design of individual buildings and the follow-up of construction sites.
The examples below showcase some of our assignments in both Norway and Ukraine. Several of the Ukrainian projects are significantly larger than what we typically handle in Norway, even for large-scale developments, and the samples reflect this. Projects exceeding 100,000 m² with more than 1,000 apartments are not uncommon in major urban areas like Kyiv.
Ravnsborgveien 18 in the municipality of Asker - 19 detached houses. The areaplan was confirmed in 2020, the general permit awarded in 2021, and construction was completed in 2023.
Jomfru Møllers vei 12 in the municipality of Vestby - 10 detached houses. The areaplan was confirmed in 2023, the general permit awarded in 2024, and the construction will be completed in 2025.
Project Utsikten in hill to the east of Bjørkelangen. The project will be built with prefabricated modules delivered by the firm Kodumaja in Latvia. The work on the construction site is due to start up in the fall of 2025.
Torvveien 2 in Bjørkelangen in the municipality of Aurskog-Høland. The areaplan was approved in 2023, and the project is conceived with 32 apartments of different sizes.
Lviv - residential complex Pasichnyi. The project has a gross area of appr. 143 000 m2, and construction was completed in 2019.
Kyiv - residential complex Time. The project has a gross area of appr. 57.500 m2, and construction was completed in 2019.
Kyiv - residential complex Respublika. The project has a gross area of 1 178 800 m2, and construction was completed in 2025.
Kyiv - residential complex Slavutych. The project has a gross area of 122 260 m2, and construction was completed in 2018.
Kyiv - residential complex Fayna Town. The project has a gross area of 612 187 m2, and construction was completed in 2020.
Kyiv - residential complex Comfort Town. The project has a gross area of 700 370 m2, and construction was completed in 2020.
Kyiv - residential complex White Lines. The project has a gross area of 125 000 m2, and construction was finished in 2021.
