Area Planning

Archimatika has extensive experience in preparing detailed zoning plans for a wide variety of sites and types of projects.

We prepare all the main documents, including the land-use plan map with appurtenant provisions and the exposition of the plan proposal. In most cases, we also develop the project design that serves as the basis for the detailed zoning plan.

Reports on issues such as noise, traffic, etc. are typically provided by other technical consultants.

We have worked in the greater Oslo urban area as well as in more rural areas – see the map showing our assignments.
