Feasibility Studies

Archimatika prepares feasibility studies of various scopes, ranging from memos to comprehensive reports. A key focus is the examination of provisions in the zoning plan, particularly their implications for usage – that is, the type of buildings and the level of utilization – both of which are key factors in project development. Provisions in other plans, such as regional or municipal master plans, may also be relevant.

Our concept proposals and recommendations are developed in response to these findings.

For most feasibility studies, all written documentation is prepared in Oslo, while sketches are created in collaboration between our Kyiv staff and the Oslo office.
