Team Norway in Kyiv
Archimatika maintains a dedicated core team of architects in Kyiv who are well acquainted with Norwegian planning, having worked on Norwegian projects for several years.
The size of the team and the expertise involved are continuously adjusted to match the volume and complexity of tasks. This ensures that the workload is managed efficiently, allowing us to meet agreed-upon deadlines – something we highly prioritize.
The teams in Oslo and Kyiv hold a regular video conference each week to review pending tasks and other issues. To keep track of tasks and follow-ups, we use an interactive cloud-based spreadsheet, which also enables direct communication – for instance, resolving design or technical matters. Drawings and documents are delivered as agreed, either by uploading them to a web hotel or as email attachments.
Since the startup in 2019, 6–8 colleagues in Kyiv have gained extensive experience working on Norwegian projects.
